Battle of Britain Combat Archive - Volume 12

Volume twelve covers the period from 9 to 11 September as the Luftwaffe continued to launch large multi-formation raids against London and 11 Group began experimenting with sending paired squadrons into combat. These tactics would eventually lead to the epic battles of September 15 which will be covered in the next volume. Due to the incredible amount of rare material unearthed these days, this volume has an oversized 144 pages.
