A strange subject certainly but indeed the Imperial Japanese Army used many ships of her own design : landing ships, troop transports, cargo ships, submarines, aircraft-carriers, gunboats (to fight on the rivers), liaison small ships and finally suicide fast motor boats. A very well documented book with never before published archive footage. Surprising and superb !
