In front page :
Former observer, then bomber pilot and finally instructor in the Air Force, Yves Ezanno was one of the very first airmen to join Free France in June 1940. He served in turn in observation, bombing and hunting in Africa and England, before moving to assault aviation in 1944 on the famous Hawker Typhoon fighter-bomber. This exceptional pilot will have the honor, rare for a Frenchman in the RAF, to be appointed commander of No 198 Squadron in the midst of the Battle of Normandy!
