The author has accustomed us to very detailed accounts and this series is no exception, as you can see. If you look closely, even in English, there are only a few works that combine the qualities of the text proposed by Bernard Baéza. Personally knowing all the difficulties that arise during research in the Japanese archives, I can only be admiring when reading the result, especially since he has done identical work in the American archives. I therefore hope that our readers will appreciate what is modestly offered to them in this series dedicated to one of the most imposing (if not the most imposing) naval battles of modern times!
