- The next issue No.209 is an enlarged and revised edition of No.148 [Grumman F8F Bearcat] published in March 2012.

- If the Pacific War had dragged on longer than it did, the F8F Bearcat would undoubtedly be the best WWII reciprocating carrier-based fighter.
