This album begins a new adventure that will see the Rafale Marine planes perform an "Opex" (outside operation) in a fictional country in Eastern Europe, the Transbaltie. This country backed by Russia is struggling with infiltrations of external forces, supported by the Russians. The Rafale lead sky police missions. One of the French pilots, Castor, falls in love with a young local performer, Milena.
