EDITO:
This number 100, a bit "special", should have coincided with a presentation of the 2016 edition of "Fleets of combat" by Bernard Prézelin, which would have enabled us to cross-check our information with those of this reference book. This could not be achieved, timing issue, but this is only partly postponed.
Our latest installment presents the evolution of some of the marines of the world between 1999 and 2017. Until the last minute, we had to take into account additional information which explains that, in order not to find ourselves in the " Narrow, we have had to reject our headings "Letters of the readers" and "Librairie" that we shall find in the N ° 101 ...
... In these uncertain times, the crew of "Ships and History" presents you its best wishes for 2017 with especially the hope of the return of the word "Peace" on a little more lips.
Frédéric STAHL.
