The first part of the monograph on the Messerschmitt Bf 110, WW2 German twin-engine heavy fighter, describes the development history of its all versions with coverage of changes made in their variants, sub-variants and field modifications. Originally designed as a long range heavy fighter (Zerstörer), Bf 110 was also used as a reconnaissance and ground-attack aircraft as well as a night fighter with advanced radio, navigation and radar systems. The book features a detailed description of the aircraft’s structure, technical data and a chapter about camouflage and markings.
